Hello from Richmond

I posted in another section, but thought might be better to post here. I've just started making bread. I use a starter recipe I found in "The Bread Baker's Apprentice" and I've made two batches that came out good. 

My goal is to replicate a local bread here in Richmond called "Billy Bread". You can buy at WF and some local independent stores. It's a really good, rustic bread. Any help appreciated on recipes/techniques. Here are some links about the bread.
