Hello from Toronto, ON

Hi folks, I've used The Fresh Loaf as a reference for years, but never got around to making a profile, but, since I've been baking a lot more while in quarantine, I figured there was no time like the present. 

I used to bake regularly, but have been been out of practice for a while as my work got busier and I was at home less. I've been enjoying brushing up my skills and learning new ones. I was lucky to buy a 20kg bag of bread flour before COVID19 really hit hard, so am good for now, but we'll see how things go in a month or so.
