Introduction and cooling tip.

My name is Dirk Bazuin.

I am from a small but beautiful town in the Netherlands called Delft. 

I started baking bread again a month or two ago. First using some liquid sour dough starter bougth at our local mill. 
A few weeks ago I have made my own stater and start baking bread with it.

My wife came with a great idea voor a cooling rack. 
It is actually something that came with our microwave.
