looking for recipe
I am looking for a recipe for a bread called hippe bread or reserection bread from 60's or70's my Mom used to make. Was measured, mixed, and baked in a coffee can. thx

Good luck finding the big cans. I haven't seen them for years as most coffee cans are now plastic. Try a medium sized Dutch oven for a form or a large metal mixer bowl, the insert from a crock pot or rice cooker. Grease well and flour (or bread crumbs or grated nuts or seeds) for good release.
Before plastic just about everything came in cans, coffee, potato chips, cookies, and powdered milk, crisco, oil, beef stew.
