I really enjoyed that! I think I'll try the Icelandic Tiger bread and the Swedish Limpa bread the next time I make beer!  I'd save that article and pictures onto my computer desktop if I knew how.. anyone know?

Makes me think Floyd should consider re-christening TFL The Fresh European Style Loaf ;-).
We seem so narrow and provincial here against such broad global diversity.
Then again, it's a US-based website and there are a lot of European descendants between our coasts.
It is fascinating that such different products have emerged from different cultures and locales, even close neighbors.
