Gosselin Bakery, Paris

I'm just watching part 3 of "Remarkable Places to Eat" on UK BBC2. There's an interesting few minutes when Michel Roux Junior goes to one of the Gosselin bakeries in Paris and helps make baguettes.

They are yeasted, but they do look pretty good!
