Baker's math for pizza dough (I'm new here)
I'm tracking my daily calories and need help figuring out how much cooked pizza (in grams) is made from 200 grams of whole spelt flour plus 200 grams of unbleached AP white flour.

Is it the same for pizza?
400g x 1.7 = 680g of baked pizza?
