Mondial Freddo Prover

Hi,

i have a mondial Freddo retarder prover that is old and I can’t find an instruction manual online. It’s supposed to have 4 phases and stay on each phase/temperature for a chosen amount of time. 

I can only choose the time on phases 1,3 and 4. Phase two shows —/— and doesn’t let me choose a time. So the program gets stuck on phase two every single time.

Any idea how to overcome this please?
