Ken Forkish Overnight Sourdough Country Blonde Bake

Nice recipe... I found with his recipes to watch the proofing times. In this recipe he calls for a 4 hour proof but it was ready in 3 hours.

Yes I usually lame cut mine but Forkish likes to let it split naturally. It is a very tasty bread
