Tip - How to zoom in on an image using iPad using the Chrome browser. Safari accomodates zooming in the main screen, so this is not necessary. 

Many may already know this, but if you use iPad (with Chrome browser) and are not aware, this tip is informative. Let’s say you want to zoom in on an image of a crumb shot. Can’t normally do that with iPad. BUT, if you hold your finger on the image and wait until a pop up appears you will be given the option to “Open image in a new tab”. Choose that and you’ll notice that in your tabs at the top of your browser, a new tab will appear just to the right of the tab you have open. Click to open that tab and you will then be able to zoom in on the image as you wish.
