sprouted whole wheat bread too dry
I've been baking from Peter Reinharts sprouted grains book and my whole wheat, and quick breads have been delicious but they are dry and a bit "grainy". How do I counteract that dry/grainy texture? I feel confident that I did not bake too long, and I did follow his recipes measuring my ingredients. I Love the bread anyway!
