Hi, does anyone have any experience with a t-steam bar? 

I was watching a baguette tutorial,   (at the 2 min mark) and thought, hmmmm...  what is that?? 

Would have to ship it in from South Africa, so I thought I would ask for product feedback, if there is any...

 Have never seen one, but looks pretty interesting. My wild guess is that it is stainless steel, and the leg in front is higher than the legs in the rear, so water drains towards the rear and then releases as steam through the small openings.  Many users have said that Sylvia's steaming towel method is the best method for producing lots of steam in a hot oven.   .
