Uuni Pro for baking bread ??

Uuni sells a product called a Uuni-3, which is clearly too low in height to bake bread.  However, they also sell a product called a Uuni Pro, and in their advertisements they claim that you can bake bread in their Uuni Pro.  I'm concerned that this model is also too low in height to bake bread in, but the company has made claims that you can.  Has anyone tried to bake bread in a Uuni Pro, and if so, how did it work?

I wouldn't think that a 900 degree oven is the place to put dough much thicker than a pizza....the outside would burn before the interior cooks.

Great point!  I suspect your description is exactly what would happen (i.e., outside would burn before interior cooks).  Thanks!  I doubt this would be useful for many breads.
