If you're talking about the adding to the "favorites" on your computers main toolbar, Simply go to the page that you want to tag, then right click anywhere on the page. A box will come up, somewhere in your choices will be the words "Add to Favorites" Click on that, type in the title that you want, and it's bookmarked. Go to your favorites icon on your toolbar, and it'll be there.
If you're talking about something specific to "thefreshloaf", I can't help you!
If you mean within thefreshloaf...I've never actually used that feature, but right there on the bottom of the white box that makes a table around any forum topics, (including your post here!) there's an "add to favorites" link (right next to the one that says "email this page") which should put the forum topic and thread as a link in your "favorites" on your user profile.
Thank you both. It is The Fresh Loaf's Favorites that I'm trying to use. Unfortunately, the "add to favorites" link doesn't show up on my system. I normally use Firefox, so I tried viewing in IE. No luck there, either. I know I had access to that feature at one point (shortly after joining) as I do have one topic set as a favorite. I can't access any editing feature from my account page to delete that topic either, although I can edit my topic subscriptions.
Mine just has "reply and "email this page." Somewhere along the line, I had made a favorite but I can't seem to erase it from "my account." Been trying all kinds of stuff. Mini O
How do we delete something from our favorites list?
It doesn't look like this module lets you. Rather hokey, eh?
I'll see if there is a newer version or if I can modify it to allow people to manage their favorites when I have some spare time.
Click on the favorite topic (inside "my account") to bring you to the original topic question. At the bottom of that first question, click on the "remove from favorites" easy enough.... (slowly I'm getting the hang of this computer stuff...) Thanks everyone, wouldn't have figured it out with out you!

I don't have that access either and have wanted to save several things in TFL. Thanks for bringing this topic up. GOD IS SO GOOD!!
Omigosh! That seems so obvious now. This will be an easier way to track the breads I want to try.

I too was just about to post that I could not see the "add to favourites" link either.
Heh. It's always easier when you know how! And I'm glad I finally know. This will be quite handy.
Thanks, Floyd. No rush on the modification - this is such a great site already. :)
ps I'm going to set this as a favorite - in case I forget how to do this again. 8~/
