I'm looking for names/addresses of bakers and/or bakeries, mainly in the swiss german part of Switzerland that work exclusively with sourdough.

I own one myself in Valais/Wallis (Le Laboratoire de Bruson) and am looking to find some like-minded bakers in this country.

Any help would be highly appreciated!
