Proofing box

Hi i am trying to make a proofing box for the shaped bread using a plastic box and a vaporizer or humidificator if is the right word do you think work or mabye is to hot the vapor spell the vaporizer? and if the vaporizer works i dont have to cover the bread untill is rasing because the humidity dosent allow to the dough dry right?

You might want to try without the vaporizer.   Humidity is helpful in a proofing box to keep the dough from drying out, but unless you are building a large proofing box, that shouldn't be a problem.  Think of it this way, if you put the dough in a covered container, it won't dry out since the moisture has no where to evaporate, so if you keep your proofing box small, it will work similarly, so long as it is airtight.  If you want to add some humidity,  boil some water and put a cup or two of the boiling water in the box with the dough, that should give off some moisture.

Turn the light on and put boiling water in a pan underneath the bread.
