Turkey Red

This is a loaf made with a 100% rye starter, 80% Heritage Turkey Red White and 20% Turkey Red Heritage Whole Wheat. I'm hoping that my gluten intolerant girlfriend will be able to enjoy it. Baked in a Breadtopia Clay Baker.
