USA pans vs Chicago Metallic




Both well received but quite a difference in price.    Why pay more for the Chicago metallic?

I like darker loaves so I would go with the darker pan.   The more reflective pan gives a lighter crust colour and if you want dark, you have to tip out the loaf and bake naked on the rack or stone.

Pick the one for the kinds of breads you plan on baking.
