Anyone in SF looking for an intern?
I am an avid home sourdough baker in SF and would love to intern on a Sunday morning in a bread bakery or restaurant that bakes their own sourdough. Does anyone have any ideas or leads?

If you have the time and the money, consider taking a course at the San Francisco Baking Institute. They have 5-day and weekend courses on SD baking. Instruction is excellent.
Good luck finding an internship. BTW, the SFBI may also have suggestions for bakeries that are most likely to take you in.
