Hello from Parma, Ohio
Just joined!! Happy to be here. Been lurking for a few years and now I need to go to the next level of bread baking. Love Reinhart (went to a class of his in Cleveland last year and loved him) and RLBeranbaum. My best bread is baked in a Romertopf clay pot. Hope to learn a lot and share a lot.
