Sadly, a little north of LAX, but their bread, I hear, is fantastic.
Any good baker from South Bay please contact me. If anyone is planning to start bakery in South Bay please contact me too. I might offer a great location for commercial bakery for very cheap to bring good bread to South Bay.

Are you offering a commercial space? Is it structured/pre-installed to any degree for a bakery? Do you have investors? What is the nature of the deal?

I have some commercial space available. It is very nice space. The identical building next door is now opening as micro brewery and tasting room (I also own that building). I would love to see great bakery in South Bay. So I am thinking I could help and partner with someone.. What I can offer is the space. The space is nice warehouse about 7,700 sq. feet. (2,000 sq. feet is the office part). It is not a retail location. There are two micro breweries. One next door, another within walking distance. Maybe someone who wants to start bakery in this location and need help with the rent. Don't have any proposal. It is all open to consideration.

That is a significant proposition. I will pass it along to the few that I know in the area.
Also, a significant square footage.
Historically, a good mix of brewery and bakery.
I think it noble that you value bread to the extent of helping a start-up to get going. I will definitely pass this info on, and if not one of my friends, perhaps someone else on this forum will engage.
Asking for my friends (as I know what their next question will be), are there any (even) remnants of ventilation installed?

No there is no ventilation installed. We had gas line installed because of the brewery.. not sure if that helps.
