5-Korns-rugbrød (Rug. Meget mere end rugbrød. Rikke Holm)
I bought this book but it was not enough time to backing.
Now I try it. This bread is like a danish ryebread, but not so complicated. I like it!
It was backed at the same time with Pain de campagne (Local breads. Daniel Leader).
My wife and eldest daughter prefer a white bread, and I'm and the youngest (1.5 years) - this wonderful ryebread!
My daughter (6) drew the bakery of his dreams :)

the rye bread being a favorite. The loaves turned out Beautiful and I*m sure there is more than one baker in the making if plans for a bakery start so soon. :) Very well organised too. I can see there is a lot of love going into the bread (heart apron) and happy baker and quick delivery. Good equipped, I need a good strong peel like the one in the drawing. This picture and the bread made my day very delightful. Thank you for sharing. :)
