Hello from Canada's West Coast!

Hi all

I finally joined the group, after having lurked and browsed for a while now. I'm so inspired by all of you! The photos on the site are excellent and there is so much good information, ideas and recipes. I'm a home baker and also have a micro-bakery, making bread for customers in my neighbourhood. I'll start posting some photos and some of my experience - hopefully I can share with you all.
