Greetings! Newbie here from Southeast Georgia. I live in Statesboro, just a bit outside of Savannah. Started off wanting to make a few decent pizzas, which spawned an interest in sourdough, which spawned an interest in baking bread since I was throwing out so much starter. Hope to learn a few things here!
