We where part of a local cable tv show
The local cable station did a feature of people in Perth and Huron Counties making sweet treats for the Christmas season and we where fortunate enough to be included. Our part of the video starts just after the 5 minute mark.

I do a little bit of chocolate work myself - one day I might even get good at it...

I've always been fascinated with the machinery end of candy making and enjoyed seeing how the coated caramels were made.
