Crepes of Wrath (revisited)
Hi Floyd,
I know the original post was quiet a while ago, but I just ran across your crepe recipe and I was curious... The Hensperger recipe calls for 2/3 cup water or light beer. I'm not much of a beer person (the one exception being an occasional inclusion in pizza dough) but I'm wondering if the carbonation makes a difference? Do you think sparkling water might be a good compromise between the water and beer?
I have no idea. I always use water at home.
the sugar and the flavour note. And stale beer is even better.
