They came out fine. Chewy delectable and filled with real onion flavor. I used a recipe that I found on Floyds page. I think they were stellar, but they were in direct competition with some soft fluffy Japanese Milk Buns, so they were veiwed as the ugly stepsister of buns at a wonderful meal. Although I followed the recipe exactly my scale may have been off.
What floyd's page are you referring to? Your rendition looks delectable.
