Hello from Bristol, UK!

Thought I should introduce myself, having lurked around TFL for a while now :)

I'm 29 and a dentist in south West England and a foodie. In my scare spare time over the last year I've started baking bread, mainly from James Morton's book, but some from this site. I'm very much a beginner, and the breads are coming out a bit wonky, but are improving!

If the upload from my phone has gone right there should some pictures of a simple white boule and some sourdough English muffins...
