Abbreviations
I am completely new to baking. I have a recipe offering only abbreviations. I understand WW and AP.
What does BF mean?
I am completely new to baking. I have a recipe offering only abbreviations. I understand WW and AP.
What does BF mean?
LOL, we deal with them everywhere, no?
In this case, BF means Bread Flour, which has a higher level of protein than does All Purpose Flour.
