My name is Thomas. I've been a long time stalker of this site, and even have had an account for a long time, but I've never posted!
I'm currently writing a post about my past failed sourdough boules, but I've been spam blocked from updating it!
Right now, I live in NYC, and I'm currently interviewing for a stage at a bakery/restaurant in Brooklyn. I'm super excited, obviously, and anxious because baking is something I want to dedicate my life to. I studied acting in college, but every summer I would find myself in a kitchen or as a barista, and I can't seem to save a single penny because I spend it all at the farmer's market.
Anywho, I'm glad I can finally interact with all of you! And thank you all for dedicating your time to this forum that has helped me so much over the years!
