Bread making in Norcal
Hi everyone, new to breadmaking, love the process but the results are not good, regardless to what I do. Will be posting in the challenges section to get the experts help.

Hi Twozzie, I'm actually bread making in Norcal, too. After a long, happy history of baking bread followed by a years long break, I'll be baking my first back-at-it loaf tomorrow. We should totally compare notes. Keep at it!

If we start a gang don't worry about weapons to claim our turf, the baguettes I cooked a couple weeks ago will do as baseball bats ;)
