for the salutation and the de-spamming!

I have been really into tangzhong lately, which is fine for sandwich breads, but am ready to return to the artisan style thick crust earthy flavors arena. 

Also I have been heavily into the pastry arts for a few years, with no end in sight. Only problem there is keeping the waistline in check!

with that waistline thing.. just capitulate and enjoy the journey.... and while at it, you may as well start buying more salted butter to spread on top!  Welcome..
