Hello Everyone,

Just a quick message to say hi!

I made my first sourdough loaf a few days ago and suitably inspired decided to see if there were any like minded bread lovers out there, what a find you all are! So many helpful folk and a huge number of fantastic recipe ideas, I can't wait to get started on my next batch.

I was in Norwich, UK two years ago for a brief visit when our daughter was studying at UEA.  It's a lovely place.

Thanks for the comment. I was also studying at the UEA two years ago as a mature student in my final year of a science degree (which I managed to pass!). I have some very fond memories of it and would recommend it highly to anyone.

Good looking bread, but you'll soon find that folks here want the "crumb shot" (make of that what you will ;-)

I have only been to Norwich about twenty-odd years ago but we did manage to drop in for lunch at The Green Man.

That is an awesome loaf there!

il tuo Pane è molto bello complimenti.

Hai perfettamente ragione quando dici che questo sito è STRAORDINARIO, ci sono grandi appassionati e bravissimi panificatori, ma la cosa più preziosa e che qui la condivisione è di casa.

Ognuno di noi mette qui dentro un po' di se stesso e mischiato a dell'ottima farina sai cosa nasce.....ottimo Pane e splendide amicizie.
