Hi. just to say hello

Hi everyone. 

Thought I would join the forum to get help and also give some if needed.

I own a restaurant in tenerfie called The Olive Garden. I have been baking my own bread for about 8 years. We make big white loaves calked farmhouse as well as many other types from indian naan bread to big pizzas. We are opening a new place in los cistianos Tenerife. Its a deli, bakery and restaurant all in one and might need some help and ideas.
