Thom Leonard's French vs Essential's Columbia
Is Leonard's French as good as Essential's Columbia? I made the latter a few days ago and it is outrageously good. Wondered if Leonard's Country French could be as good. Thanks in advance.

I haven't made either of those breads for years. My recollection is that both were very good. When you try to compare two such breads, which is better is going to be a matter of individual taste. Why don't you make Thom Leonard's bread and let us all know how you compare it with Essential's Columbia?
