Molded Baguette Pans
I need to buy baguette pans, but I don't know how to judge the profile of the finished product based on the number of molds. I need some long (25" x 4") baguettes, and I also need 9" x 3" demi-baguettes for sandwiches. Is there a guide somewhere or can someone provide some guidance? Thanks!
