This boule was a pre-fermented 75% hydration sourdough loaf. I baked it outdoors on my ceramic cooker. Then as long as I had the fire going I thought I may as well cook me a big fat juicy 1 3/4" Choice grade Ribeye steak for dinner. All went well!
I hope this was a mistake as this is my photo of my loaf 'Le Boulonger86' as you can see in the top left
