Hi from Dublin! Ireland
Thanks for let me join the forum. I am an Italian woman living in Ireland. I bought a grain mill from Germany more then one year ago and I used only once to make polenta!
It is not easy finding information about homemade flour on the web and I am glad I found this forum!

There are a number of home milling enthusiasts here, so feel free to ask any questions you have. You can also make good use of the Search tool at the upper right-hand corner of the page. Type in a word or phrase, such as milling, and you will receive a list of the posts which feature that word or phrase. There's quite a lot of good information that has accumulated in the 10 years since TFL was created and the Search tool is a good way to start finding it.

Welcome Fifi...I'm from Dublin, GA…..new to this board just a few days. I just made some Pappa Al Pomodoro…tomato and bread soup…using left over sourdough….. Mine recipe has basil and garlic…in a beef and chicken based broth. Do you make this? Just wondering…. :) renee
