my everyday bread decorated by stencilling
I thought I would have a go at decorating my "everyday bread". It was surprisingly easy, a cardboard cut out leaf stencil, egg wash and dusting with flour. It worked out quite well.

One easy little step can make such a difference. Kind of like the bow on the box. Very good looking boxes too. :)
A nice touch! Makes even a simple loaf a special gift, even when you keep it for your own use!
