Glamorous oven in Bethesda, Md

True, you can get good pizza in many places. As a native New Yorker, I am picky about pizza and I like very little besides the classic slice from a hole-in-the-wall pizza place. However, at a nice, artisnal place, I sometimes find a good crust. (I try not to look down on people who add tons of toppings. Still working on that.)

Here's a piece about an incredible oven in Bethesda, Md. that makes really great pizza and bread. There's also some good bagels in the DC area, but more on that another time.
