Hi everyone. Just a quick introduction. I've been baking bread for years but have just discovered cold proving PIZZA dough! Revelation! Eating lots of fresh PIZZA now done on a cheap pizza 'stone' in a standard NEFF oven at 275 degrees. Then I wandered across this site - looks good.
There's a few of us from the UK here, lurking or posting :)
What model NEFF? The same one they use on GBBO by any chance? I love the slide-in door... £££ though!

Oh I love the GBBO, and I would LOVE to have a sliding door cooker and of course a proofing draw!.
