Beer bread
I was inspired by the recent post here on beer bread. I should actually study what, at a cursory glance, seemed to be a good recipe. Instead, I just threw in beer and a bunch of different flours - rye flour, flaxseed meal and some whole wheat flour. Lovely smell; great taste. Awesome crust as well. That is bread #70.
I read the blog entry when you posted it a few days ago. Love the bread, but love even more your delightfully dry wit. You, your blog and your breads are all keepers.
Nice Bake. If you really want to taste the beer I find using a higher % of rye will really help.
