Hello from Christchurch New Zealand
Hi my name is Donna and I live just south of Christchurch city New Zealand. I have been making my own bread since my children were little although not continuously. Now my children have all left home I rarely make bread but I'm really interested in sourdough bread so have joined the fresh loaf to learn from the members.

This is an awesome website! I am also a kiwi but from a little town called Katikati which is just north of Tauranga. There are a few other kiwis who post here as well. The many great bakers in this forum are amazing, always ready to help with all sorts of tips and advice.
