Where to work :)

Hi there!

My name is Claudia, i have been user of TFL since i quitted my job in advertising, and now im a full time baker. I live in México, in the north, my city tends to be the hotter in the whole country for almost 8 months per year.

I opened a small bakery more than a year ago, but as time passes i feel very bad about making my city hotter by making bread all day long. I could change my job but i really like what i do, so i think that the best option is to live somewhere else colder.

I dont have any degree of baker or something like that, and i think im not material for industrial type of bread so, i dont know where or how to search for a job. I really like cold weather, i speak english and some french do you have any ideas?

Thank you so much :)

Very nice looking products. This time of year it is cold here and that encourages me to turn on an oven. Hope you find the right situation.

coming to the United States, you'd be very welcome in San Francisco or San Jose California (where I live). Good luck!

Come to Ontario it gets cold here and we have about 8 weeks of hot humid weather that will remind you of what you left behind.

Ciao Gerhard,

Thanks everyone for your kind words!

Im going to search for info to get a visa for canada because i think that usa goverment takes 30% of inmigrants earnings for some years, and that sounds a lot when you dont have a house or stuff there.

But still, i really would like to taste san francisco´s sourdoughs!

You should come to Canada. I live in Southern Ontario and we have maybe one actual bakery.. except Tim Horton's of course.
