I don't have a mill so I use store bought wheat and I only use stone ground. Are there any adaptions to make is you use whole ground wheat? I like the way your buns came out.
Ceramic mill coffee grinder and it manages to grind very finely...but it takes 30 minutes for 50g! Im eagerly awaiting for the arrival of my komo fidibus!
Here's the photo
buns for 50% whole wheat, Well done and happy baking
But the nicest wholewheat i have eaten. Here in malaysia we dont get alot of choice when it comes to flours for baking, especially for bread.
