Hello from Louisiana USA!

Hello everyone - a newbie here! I have just started to take an interest in baking bread. I hadn't made any by since I was in school but I remembered how much I enjoyed it then.  I have made about half a dozen loaves so far using two different French bread recipes. I look forward to "talking" to you all and learning from some of your tips, recipes and ideas!
