It is a fantastic site, and I have learned so much. I bake both here in the U.S. and the UK as my husband is English, and we are over quite a bit and keep a flat in his hometown. Looking forward to seeing some of your bakes. Best, Phyllis

I have belonged for several years, and learnt such a lot from this site, even though I rarely contribute. I loved the Inside the Jewish Bakery challenge, and am looking forward to the new book of rye recipes. Best wishes Nici

When I think of Jewish Bakery I think of Salt Beef sandwich in Rye Bread. Which also conjures up Katz's Deli in NYC. You know the famous scene from "When Harry Met Sally". Best Salt Beef sandwich ever!
