Commercial deck oven installation
What is a broad estimate for installation cost of a used commercial pizza deck oven? I mean a unit like a gemini or Bakers Pride or Hobart or Doyon. Also, is it likely that I would need an exhaust hood? If so, how much more would this cost? I'm looking for a general price range; I know that lack of details makes it impossible to be accurate.

or for a commercial kitchen? If its for a home, you'll also need heat shielding, possibly an electrical upgrade, fans/venting and a compassionate contractor to do all the work. Mine quoted me a fortune (to do this in my home) so I gave up on the idea. Good luck!

so much that I'd have two or three trusted local contractors give you an estimate, you never know what hidden glitches can turn a low estimate into an outrageous bank busting fiasco.
