Hello,
I've been baking a few basic breads for some time, and really enjoy both the making and eating. I want to try recipes beyond what I've done so far, and I'm looking forward to learning a lot from people here (and hopefully contributing).

Welcome to TFL. Floyd Mann hosts this wonderful forum and you will be able to access masses of information by using the search function at the top right of the page. However, if you cannot find an answer to your question just ask and I am pretty sure that one of the experienced bakers here will pop up to help.
There are quite a few UK-based bakers here - including myself. I live on the Shropshire/Staffordshire border but originate from the Derby area.
