Has anyone taken the new Wondermix for a spin?
The Wondermill company debuted a new mixer earlier this December called the Wondermix. It's advertised as German-engineered, though made in S. Korea, and looks quite a bit like an earlier-generation Bosch. However, the bowl and dough hook look to have some advantages over those found in the Bosch Universal.
The initial offering price is $299.99, which includes the optional blender and cookie whip attachments -- making it much more reasonable than either the Bosch or the Ankarsrum, the current home-use stalwarts. If anyone has tried one out and can compare with other mixers, it would probably be very helpful to the community here.
I made my mixer decision a few years ago (and it wasn't easy), but this entry would surely have thrown a little more intrigue into the mix! :)
